What we use it for

So the agent can reply, log orders, create content and report. We do not sell your data for advertising.

AI services

To write replies, message text is sent to the AI services we have chosen, and only as much as the reply needs.

Payments

Payments go through a payment gateway, and your card details are never stored on our servers.

Site statistics

Website visit statistics are collected without cookies and without storing IP addresses, and are skipped when your browser’s Do Not Track is on.

Your controls

In the app’s privacy section you can export all your data, clear chat history, disconnect every connection and delete your account.
